My Mission:
My studio is founded on the belief that my students' musical education is of the utmost importance.  I am committed to meeting those educational needs through every avenue possible:  instruction in piano performance, music theory, music history, ear training, improvisation, composition, as well as personal mentoring and character building. As a result, a high percentage of my clientele is referred to me by students and students' parents, musical contacts and colleagues.

Credentials:
Bonnie Lynn Pausic is a classical and jazz pianist and  is the owner and operator of  Lynn’s Music Service.  She is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she earned a degree in piano performance.  She lists among her teachers jazz instructor Bradley Sowash as well as classical instructors Brian Ganz, Roy Hamlin Johnson, Paul Tardif and Lana McCoy Bailey.  Bonnie instructs and mentors students in piano performance, music theory, music history and practical practice techniques.  She attends innumerable workshops, conferences, classes and seminars to continuously hone her teaching skills.
 
She is currently teaching class piano in various locations in Bowie, Maryland as well as maintaining a large roster of private individual piano students.  Many of her students win state and local competitions and continue to be accepted at many prestigious conservatories, colleges and universities.  She began an online teaching practice several seasons ago.
 
Bonnie has taught both individual and class piano at the Prince George’s Community College. She has also mentored students in private and class piano, pedagogy, theory, ensemble performance and accompaniment techniques at The Suitland School for Performance of the Arts.  She has over 35 years of teaching experience.
 
She judges for many local music associations in addition to the National Guild of Piano Teachers, where she is a certified teacher and a member of the Hall of Fame.  She is a member of the Music Teachers National Association and the Maryland State Music Teachers Association, and has served as President, Vice President and Treasurer in local music associations.
